To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it: unworn, unused, with all original tags attached, and in its original packaging. You will also need to provide the receipt, order number, or proof of purchase.

Certain types of items cannot be returned, such as perishable goods, custom products (personalized items), and personal care goods (beauty products). We also do not accept returns on gift cards or sale items.
Once we receive and inspect your returned item, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
